Account Deletion – ChargeRoute

This page explains how users of ChargeRoute, published by Gather Media (developer name on Google Play: Gather Media Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi), can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

ChargeRoute requires you to create an account using your email address. If you wish to delete your account and all data linked to it, you can use either of the two methods below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from within the app

  1. Open the ChargeRoute app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings (or your profile/account section).
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
  4. Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send us an email with the following requirements:

  1. Send an email to info@gathermedia.com.tr with the subject line "ChargeRoute Account Deletion Request".
  2. Send the email from the same address you used to register your ChargeRoute account. Requests sent from a different email address cannot be processed.
  3. Include your registered email address in the message body so we can identify and locate your account.
  4. We will confirm and process your request.
    We will respond within 30 days to confirm that your account and associated data have been deleted.
Required for email requests: You must send the deletion request from the same email address you used when registering your ChargeRoute account, and include that email address in your message. Alternatively, you can delete your account directly using the Delete Account button in the app.

What Data Is Deleted?

When your account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete the following data associated with your ChargeRoute account:

What Data May Be Retained?

Some data may be retained after account deletion for the reasons and periods listed below:
